Easy Rest Pillows Pty Ltd is committed to protecting the environment by conducting our business in an environmentally responsible and sustainable manner. We recognise that our activities have an impact on the environment and are committed to managing those impacts through the implementation and continual improvement of our Environmental Management System (EMS) in accordance with the requirements of ISO 14001.
To achieve this commitment, Easy Rest Pillows Pty Ltd will:
- Protect the environment by preventing pollution and minimising the environmental impacts of our operations, products, and services.
- Promote the sustainable use of natural resources by improving the efficient use of energy, water, raw materials, and packaging.
- Reduce waste through the principles of reduction, reuse, and recycling wherever practicable.
- Meet all applicable legal, regulatory, and other compliance obligations relevant to our environmental aspects.
- Continually improve the effectiveness of our Environmental Management System to enhance environmental performance.
- Establish, monitor, and review measurable environmental objectives and targets that support this policy.
- Integrate environmental considerations into business planning, operational activities, purchasing decisions, and product development where appropriate.
- Encourage environmental awareness, responsibility, and participation among all employees and, where appropriate, contractors and suppliers.
This Environmental Policy provides the framework for establishing and reviewing our environmental objectives and is communicated to all persons working for or on behalf of Easy Rest Pillows Pty Ltd. The policy is available to interested parties and will be reviewed periodically to ensure it remains relevant, appropriate, and effective.
Management is responsible for providing the resources necessary to implement this policy and for ensuring that environmental responsibilities are understood and fulfilled throughout the organisation.
